It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Are we going to lose Postman ???
Is that not a really low wage for London and the type of job?? Not going to be many IT professionals who would take that kind of job.
Personally, I'd be more worried that Teebs would go for it but I don't think he has the ability to suck up to them.................maybe someone who uses their own car would be better (I would say use their own computer but that what we all do on here
).

Sorry mate, but we can't afford houses in London, unlike you guys outside London.dvbuk55 wrote: anyone fancy a lodger?
You'd have to buy or rent privately which would cost about twice as much, or more, than oop North.

It must be draughty living in tents, caravans and cadboard boxes in winter...........why not try the Salvation Army hostels - I believe you get free soup too - but what on earth do you do with the extra money you get a week.baldrick wrote:Sorry mate, but we can't afford houses in London, unlike you guys outside London.dvbuk55 wrote: anyone fancy a lodger?
