F*** me, if your sending people over the the NIMC for ideas then your MC must be really crap The last time I was up in the MC I swear I saw people standing around just drooling but they may have been managers (they where all missing on the day they where getting an inspection though ).

a lot of wcm ideas were tried and tested at n.i.m.c thats why other offices send their idiots over, to see how our idiots do it!!! world class mail is just another scam to make managers and the brown noses feel special and to justify the obscene amounts of money they have spent. these clowns fail to see the bigger picture, reduce hours used = less staff needed, simple as that. if anyone is aproached to take part in this madness for the sake of postmen/women everywhere say NO THANKS. in the NIMC there are drawings everywhere showing us posties how to turn a letter the right way up and insert it into the sorting frame, wtf kind of morons am i working for?

Improving it by sending the waves later, not mixing the flats and the letters, by making sure the sequenced mail comes down on the first lorry.............so no I don't think it's improved our office but I'm sure that vacuum the MC had to throw out because it wasn't up to the professors standard makes it so worth while.

Maybe you could apply WCM to your canteen..............World Class Meals

And they haven't even attempted to try putting it into our DO..............think it might cost them too much in DOs though, just imagine those people taken off delivery just to put up pictures or tape on the floor or empty the coffee machine

WCM is just a scam to try and make the place look like it has zero accidents, very efficient, good h&S standards etc etc so it can be sold off. RM is fooling the professor and the professor is fooling RM.
