They are.
The £400 is in place of the final dividend.
We got it when we accepted our deal.
The £600 is in place of the final allocation of shares.
we get that as part of our transformation lump sums.
It's basically old money recycled ...again. :cuppa

When and perhaps why you left may have a bearing - check your leavers pack/bumf if should be mentioned in it somewhere if your entitled. If you are and you left more than a few months ago you should have had some payout by now.

we have been told to expect nothing ,but can anyone tell me if management have recieved any bonus this year(not just top managers) :sad:

The rumour is that the money has gone to fund the extra cash for the London posties on the move, another £2000 on top of the £7000 for moving........well you can only spend it once and it should go to the most deserving cases.

All managers are now getting a bonus, royal mail must think we are mugs. Awaiting a response from HQ on what is going to be done about this, i'm not going to hold my breath. :no no :no no
