Probably because they're worried about their performance and don't want to say they're cutting off in case they are tested. that and some people are thick as s**t.

Also when confronted, they will say things like: what's half an hour or isn't it nice to get ahead..And then you say half an hour a day x 5 =2.5 hours per week, x 4 = 10 per month, then x 12 = 120 per year / that by 40 hours = 3 weeks a year you work for free...you Muppets..
So to add and lets look at it another way.. If you were given 3 weeks wages, in cash, in your hand, but the condition being you must go into the office and give it to the DIM as a present...Would you ???
