A question for anybody who starts early.
If you had a plumber, electrician etc doing some work on your house and he started an hour earlier than agreed ,would you pay him that extra hour... i think not :no no

I strolled in half an hour before my start time, made myself a coffee, went and had a cig. Occasionally got asked when I was gonna start (not by management, but by colleagues who just thought it was wrong that i was sat having a coffee and smoke when there was work to be done), I would look at the clock and say in 10 minutes!!! But mostly they knew not to annoy me until my caffeine and nicotine levels were up to acceptable levels :)

Thought there was suposed to be a daily 12 mins to prep 1/6th of d2d allocated into prep time ? :cuppa
