DOM's hate being told they cant organise their staff well.

When looking a day off and cant get it after giving suffice notice telling the DOM in question didnt like being told they are not up to scratch on their job!!! It is rite tho!! Sooner or later they wont have a job to manage!!!!

Your right if RM get their way they will be the team leaders of about 5 posties and getting only a little more pay than us.
