Re: INDOOR WORKLOAD TOOL is COMING to GET YOU
Post-Bitch Re Picks haven't been mentioned here and are irrelevant, 'cos if we let em use Indoor workload tool to measure individual performance (NOT AGREED) it doesn't matter what round you're on.
Targets, league tables, the lot gone up on the wall today, looks like a training schedule for the Olympics.
More work for the poor old Rep next week.

The individual performance standards still hold the field. Download them here and stick em under the stupid c***s nose!

Perhaps you would like to ask why they are questioning your performance thirty one years after employing you?

Don't worry, they only use the IWT because you're weak.

Re: INDOOR WORKLOAD TOOL is COMING to GET YOU
They are using this 100BSI rubbish it is part of the IWT what you should tell the dumb manager is that if he believes that you are not working to the correct standard then he/she has to prove that,he/she also would have to interview you with union rep present your rep could then explain that 100 BSI is not an agreed work tool to measure a member of staffs performance but there is a set down and agreed measure that he/she should use, core capability before he/she gets to that he/she should counsel you and he/she should also find out whether you have had the correct training if not then you should be retrained you could throw loads at the t**t.just get the idiot to do his/her job properly before he/she goes after you.

And what was the reply? If someone remarked on your suitability to do your job over 3 decades after you started I would want some serious answers from the manager concerned!!

"We haven't had these performance measurement tools thirty years, and now we have we expect people to be working to standards. That includes most of the rest of the office too." Remember DIM's a complete newby.scoobydo79 wrote:royal male wrote:That was first question scoobyscoobydo79 wrote:Perhaps you would like to ask why they are questioning your performance thirty one years after employing you?

Wall full of charts up by end of the week telling staff what time they should be out the door each day.
Let's remember again IWT IS NOT a measure of INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE, and we shouldn't allow it to be used as such.
