We heard that Ops managers will get 104 regardless of length of service (an OPG has to have at least 20 years service to get 104 weeks VR payment). But I believe managers in Class C (pre 1979?) can get 3 years VR payment.fishtank wrote:104 weeks(two years) is the agreement...your dim is pulling your leg.minimumstandard wrote:yeh i cant believe its true, but that;s what dim is saying three years wages yet were skint
Support managers were offered a reduced package of 76 weeks...i would expect Ops to get the same treatment.
Aye same sort of thing at NWMMC. Couple of managers made up on late shift, one will no doubt be sacked and the other is an in-law of the shift manager. They have also recently taken on a few "Deputy Managers" but they are not contracted in any way, shape or form so they can go straight back into uniform if the positions become null and void.hotfudge wrote:our office acting are being given temp/permenant management contracts and they are making more up as acting, so none of ours are shoved out the door
