Just a little advice to all of you who are over 55 and have no mortgage and have been working for Royal Mail for over 15 years and paying into the pension for that amount of time go part time min 24 hours take you lump sum and weekly pension now because if this keeps going on with Royal Mail you might not reach Retirement age (but i hope you do) START SLOWING DOWN OR WHO KNOWS WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOUR HEALTH

its much harder to make time, if you do never go back early, otherwise you will have more calls and given extra work to do, just work at a steady pace.
