yes all IA being planned for in advance, as the helpful CWU agrees to more talks, just to make sure RM have it all covered. Next thing they`ll make sure its at the lightest time of the year too  Mind you last time we was out at christmas and the CWU still managed to negotiate a period of calm to get RM out of the mire. We all call RM managers thick and lazy but they certainly know how to pull the unions strings!

aye that made me chuckle,no cakes/mars bars/coffees within easy reach,,or locking themselves in the office to do
xmas shopping online or going to meetings with ASM via argos/currys/golf club. Also i think the letter is implying
that travelling time will be over and above the 8 hour shift, ruddy marvelous :Very Happy
When they came to London during the 2009 dispute they were put in a Holiday Inn next to Mount Pleasant.
And they were given anything they wanted free from the Quadrant restaurant, that is until it was realised that some of them were stocking up with snacks, chockolate bars and soft drinks. Some of them spent more time in the canteen than on the floor.

• Suitable duty allocation- It is essential that the business takes into account the welfare of the Management Support. Local manager's will risk assess an area with regards to the employment of a buddy system etc.
So...an area might be deemed safe for the serfs but Management Support gets a buddy.
Bless their little cotton socks.
Luckily i know a few places where a bus load of "buddies" won't save them.

Well, first off they are losing the support of their front line managers in London, considering they have told them that two out of three line managers are going to lose their jobs ,that won't go down to well.Secondley,If the outer London offices and Hubs join London, their back up plan will be spread so thinly ,it won't make a scrap of difference what management do.
