Working before the start times
Hi,is anyone in agreement with me that those people coming in before their start time have contributed more to Royal Mail expecting us to work these new work practises than anyone? When posties are sitting on their fittings at 7.30am to 8am it's no wonder Royal Mail think we can do more?

Don't think you'll get any argument on here jmark188, its one of our perennial threads and as a group we are generally against, starting before your paid, using your own car, and working beyond your time. I think therefore you've find the right forum.

Me i think it will take royail mails business plan to come in before these people wake up and see the damage they are doing
