Re: Medical Retirement
you should get a lump sum of about 12,000 and if your lucky they will offer you 12 weeks pay and any holiday entitlement you have works out about a years wages
doesnt matter how long you've been there,

You have a few elements, with lump sum (no pension):
Number of weeks in lieu of notice (PILON) 9 weeks money
Number of days in lieu of Leave (PILOL) (depends how many hols u have accrued)
Lump Sum Payment 34 Weeks

Re: Medical Retirement
T he same has happened to me this week not heard from rm yet but have had the atos recomendation.
I also have a tribunal on going against rm and i think they have actioned this just to get rid of me .
I am not recieving any help from my reps {long complicated story} .
No one has advised me on any of this and once again im having to face it all myself.
Once i am out of this buisness i will expose rm for what they are and what they have done to me and my partner.

Good Luck WP
I always thought the best people to take RM to an Industrial Tribunal were those who were leaving. After all you what RM are like if you "Rock The Boat" bound to hold it against you for years.
Hope you get some success, but I have a feeling the Top management know what's going on and probably actively encourage it. It seems RM think that H & B is a Legitimate Management Technique.
