Health and safety.
Effects of longer delivery spans and ensuring weight off the shoulder
Too stop bullying by management,
That everyone is on the same level playing field in an office, and one person told to do something different from the other, then other posties are not picked on. :cuppa

Members that come in early..... and I mean early
Members that still go out in their cars.
Members who still can't get it into their thick skulls that job and knock is finished.
Members who still can't get it into their thick skulls that dtd is to be done in work time.
Mail not evenly spread out - why are mon and tue so much lighter? Surely RM could make a drive to put in offers for business customers on a mon and tue.
No lapsing ^see above.
Temp contracts.
Piss take with part time contracts.
Constant budget cuts every year as a whole rather than reviewing each office on it's merit.
B&H
WCM
Privatisation
David Cameron and co
.....oh the list is endless :cry

We all look at these Problems from our own point of view. I expect every FT Postie on her doesn't really give a s**t about their PT colleagues, BUT please spare a thought for those who are on 20hr, 24hr, 30hr 33hr...you pick a number! contracts.

These guys work often 40 plus hrs, more than most FTers, for YEARS but whenever they're on Leave or Sick they get their Contracted hours! :mad Some poor bastards are on 3 month rolling contracts! :arrrghhh

No Job and Finish, they only get paid for what they do. RM love them, they're Hungry for work and are so flexible they'll bend over and Kiss Their own Ass! Please end this exploitation of working class men, trying to earn a living! :pray

D2d reasonable prep time needed.

Put an end to the current trend emerging.
ie rounds made longer by incorporating lapsed jobs. with no proper assessment of individual walks

Put an end to lump sum bribes: offered to gain worker acceptance of worse conditions.

Stop putting delivery staff in impossible situations through poor planning (or not caring)
:hmmmm ie schedule 6 d2d on a bank holiday week with one less delivery day. :Applause
which also happens to be the week the sky mags come out. :no no

Perhaps we could have a joint Royal Mail/CWU statement on the misuse of IWT outputs as performance standards.
It's only been a year..... :cuppa
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
