RM casuals walk at SWDC
Anyone heard about a walk-out by around 45 RM causals at SWDC last night?Was told it was because they were only going to be allowed a 30min break in an 8hr shift,and that their pay was being cut by 50p per hour.Anyone that can confirm/deny this?

As a casual myself the wages we're on (I do nights mostly, £7.71ph) is ridiculous. Generally stopped doing any evening hours offered now as well, even more of a joke there.

iv always been disgusted with the way rm treat casual workers. rm ask for family and friends during summer leave and xmas time i cant recomend to anyone i know because of the way rm treats casuals. and some managers try to treat them like their personal slaves. changes needed...
