I was prepared to give this Armani guy a chance as everyone is entitled to their views. However they are not entitled to air those views if they are fascist in nature:

Calling people fools because they believe in something opposite to you is most definetly fascistic. Then he tops it off with belittling their sacrifice with the "beans on toast" comment.

I wonder as he is such a company man if he will give back all the hard fought terms and conditions and wage rises that the union has gained since he started working for POL. He belittles others sacrifices but I think he is willing to accept the benefits from their struggle.

Let's face it TBT, it's only a few days ago we had his anti-Jewish remarks. As I always say, managers, strike breakers and fascists, you can't see the join.

teebs,when he first turned up i tried to give him a chance,i listened to his "views" and "opinions" even though every one else took him to the cleaners..However it didn't take long to become evident that all his views and opinions were just scab drivel,he's just out to wind up as many people as he can by attacking thier beliefs..even stooping as low as petty namecalling and idle insults,Then when he didn't get the better of some of us like myself,iww and tommo he went crying to postman complaining we weren't welcome in "his" discussion or "his" forum.I pity the bloke tbh because when i get home i fire up my Pc and i look forward to listening to other peoples views and maybe having a laugh with like minded colleagues..he just looks for all the new insults and put downs that his simplistic,managerial single visioned posts have bought upon himself.

Excuse me, I have nothing against any Religious beliefs. Could you point out where I made anti-Jewish remarks.

Its like the pot calling the kettle black with you guys. Going on about listening to other peoples views, as soon as I had said mine, I'd been made a Manager, scab, allan/adam in disguise, wind up merchant.

I want to work for RMG and change is inevitable but in a democracy if I don't agree with the position of my bosses I can use any legal means to make my position known to them. Guess what union representation and striking are both legal.

Also what do you consider being paid Â£30 less a week for doing the same job, for the same firm. I consider that the firm is leeching of the workers.

IMHO opinion the CWU do not have all the answers and neither do RMG, but as a postal worker I hope they meet somewhere in the middle.

Oh the comments that could be called anti-jewish are highlighted above.

Listen ''SONNY'' Try taking the blinkers off and having a look around before you go to bed. I was responding to a post made by IWW where he referred to kids in isreal making bricks from straw.

So to answer your question, go look at page 8 yourself. Then try asking IWW WHy he brought up kids in Isreal.

Just like all the other things Ive said on here, Its only been in response to you and the rest of the brigades posts.

I didn't start insults/namecalling/anti jewish remarks. So trot on SONNY and have another look around, try clearing the air of red mist first and removing the blinkers first though.

Just because someone doesn't share the same views doesn't mean they should be branded X Y and Z

Not everyone goes to their workplace and carries out that task. Maybe not so much in RM (hense me asking the POL side) But it is clearly evident in POL. Some people spend their day trying to plan the next move to get one over on someone, not just counter staff but also managers. Thats why I was looking to see what the feeling was

Cheers Tommo! If it wasn't so dense, it would know that the Children of Isreal doesn't refer to 'kids' in Israel, although kids of a different sort are mentioned in the account.
