personal performance css

Post by woodsman »

Is there a personal performance target? our office it is set at 77%.......that's not the performance of the machine, its individual performance, do other offices have these? We also have a weekly individual review about our performance...do other offices also have this in operation?

Is there some where set out that shows how they breakdown your performance, do they allow for stoppage, if so how long?

Thanks in advance for any help. :nana

I thought the target was 64%,
but in any case, if u regularly meet that target, they'll only increase it and expect u to meet it again,
or in my case, remove your assist and expect u to cope.
i've learned to not pay any attention to performance targets etc,
i don't trust their accuracy and managment use it as a stick to beat u with.

I keep hearing different figures so was wondering if any one knew............and your right, they always want more whatever you achieve.
We are told so many different things in our office and no one seems to have any answers when you ask................

What figures have you been set, as in personal performance and machine performance?

We have a policy of 76% has a personal target and several colleagues who are not reaching it have been told that they face the sack over it by the nightshift manager. Since it appears not to be a national thing the local union rep has demanded a meeting to discuss it. Our manager insists we operate the machines properly whe other offices can cut corners to achieve the machine target of 66% there seems to be a lack of uniformity and threats by some managers and not by others
