Cadet Walks

my 1st del was a cadet walk 19yrs ago , you could only take out 16k bag lol. back then anyone with more than 16k could claim docket.
my unit had sports and social bar, cheap larger for a teenager bliss

and if you had more than 2 drop off bags it was heavy. ok you worked 6 days a week but rounds were lighter so less back ache and you finished at a good time and had a social life royal nail say they wanted to make it more family friedndly well they did the oposite.

Our cadet used to deliver any left over letters found on frames or late mail etc.
Now it just sits there until the next day.

Remember them well,the Mrs started on one,we had 4 at our place,the longest being about a 1.20 delivery,the shortest about 35mins no second delivery,they were all as required.
