MAY I, on behalf of many residents of the Pippins, express our dismay that our postman, Paul, is being transferred to another round.

He is wonderfully efficient and somehow manages to deliver our mail, even if it is incorrectly addressed. I am sure our new postmen will be welcome, but there will never be another Paul.

Just a thought regarding "bouquets and brickbats" - when the DO gets a praiseworthy letter do they ever pass the info on to said postie ?? Or is it only the complaints that ever reach the shop floor ??
