These machines are far from the panacea Royal Mail are making them out to be. Having operated one for a while, I can honestly say that I can't what the big deal is.

my office has been running for over 15mths. as most MPU's around the country we have 2 people on the machine to clear down.
this i think takes a lot of pressure of the operator and cuts down the mix ups.
this can also count as other work in your 2hrs on 2hrs off.
