SPSO

Post by michaelbinary »

Hi
I got a recorded delivery when I was out.
The post office says it was signed for.
When I look at online tracking the signature is unreadable but the printed name says

DYM SPSO

What does this mean. ?. Its obviosuly not a persons name, so is it the dymchurch post office if so what does SPSO mean.

Thanks

Michael

Did you get a red card for it. If you did it may mean that the postie passed it back to his sorting office via that Post Office and when they scanned it they incorrectly reported it as deliver. However, without full details its impossible to say that this is 100% what happened. If you want PM me with the Tracking number and I'll have a gander at the online report and see if I can make any sense of it.

SPSO at a guess, and its only a guess means Sub Post Sorting Office.

It's 'Scale Payment Sub post Office', like SPDO Scale Payment Delivery Office but without a Delivery Office attached, and nothing to do with the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. :Very Happy
