Cwu why aren't you enforcing this example on all offices?
You could easily ask the question - CWU members, why aren't you following this example?
I don't see how the CWU could enforce it.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Bang on the money, the union & reps are representatives for CWU members.
If members decide to shaft themselves by ignoring union guidance...

It can be, or should have been built into the aims and objectives part of the revision, that's signed for by both parties.

In recent months there's been good progress in getting the Barrow office to run how it should be run . The only thing we still have a lot of staff who think it's wrong to take a break . We've got posties working 8-10 hour days without a break  , no wonder we have some who get a little bit grumpy . The union and managememt have tackled the early starters and bag carriers maybe educating posties into the benefit of taking a break might be next . One step at a time in tackling years of a free for all .
