No word of a lie, several letters over a week adressed to MR BAW BAG from BT!! Obviously not his real name but he must have pissed someone at BT off!

Seen a letter from a business,2c PPI i think, to a Mr FU@K OFF.Few years ago now,but no doubt another person who was not well thought of!

I was in the callers office today. A Richard Thompson came in. He didn't look a bit like him. Wasn't even wearing a beret. Later on, a Paul English came in. He didn't look a bit like him. Wasn't even weaing a cape.
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?
