Don't recall saying that I pressurise them, but my memory does get a bit ropey as the night wears on, I also don't see being in charge as a problem, after all someone has to do it otherwise there is total anarchy, or what is it they have in 'The Holy Grail'? purely by dictat it's self evident that your aproach is one of them and us you must belive your a cut above the staff ? as iv'e said it's your problem to meet your targets not the counter staff they are there to serve the customer no more no less if you want to raise your revenue why don't you stand outside and hand out flyers to people in the street be far more productive than peering over your staffs shoulders to check if they are promoting other good /services

This is the reason I asked for answers from POL staff.

It is the job of POL staff to introduce appropriate products to customers. There is in fact even a sales code of practise make specifically all about it.
