Don't use that site or any other ffs,they will take some of the payment off you for charges.
Contact HR or HMRC yourself...

Last year: 0659l
This year: 0759l

Normal should be 0747l so i guess i've still got the cleaning allowance.

Your lucky to have a uniform to claim for been with RM 4 months and still not got any uniform or PPE.

Got mine after a month, phone them up & order it yourself, you will need the form filled out already for ease, or have an ask in your office if you can have some of the old stuff lying about that no one seems to want as it's dusty and the old style but the old uniform is better than non

Telephone 01355359022 HMRC this is a cheap landline number & after answering your own personal security questions inform them that you wish to claim for cleaning your uniform, I can confirm this as I have just done it this morning, you are entitled to £24 per year for cleaning but in actual fact you receive £120 for what they call "flat rate expenses"
It's not much but it's better in our pockets than HMRC's & the good news is they will back date it...

we were told that we can claim for calls made in the line of duty.

just gave them a ring and it wasnt on my tax code.

they have altered this years code but i have to put the request in writing to them for the backdated payment

we went down this road months ago mate, and i didnt end up ringing.
call the number, they will check and it takes 5 mins.

just wondering if it is £120 or £120 added to tax relief? making it worth about £30.

who knows.....
