big james to me thats harrassment enough !! to tell your staff you must reach targets is not on, it's your problem not theirs you are in charge and the onus is on you to achive the targets not them if you need to pressurise your staff then your clearly not doing the job correctly ......and lets not forget they are there to serve the customer , not as a glossary as to what services r.m has
