We don't - we get an HOUR for Break, and we are NOT allowed Food or Drink near the machines - nice when it's bloody baking hot in there all night....

Walk off the machine to go to get a "cone" of water, and the manager's on your back...

The Packet and Letter staff get the same break - but also get 2 x 10 minute "tea" breaks.... :cuppa

FAIR????
And delivery only get 40 minutes for a break..................is that fair???

But 30 minutes break on a 5hr day isn't too bad.
Those p/t staff have it easy.
And all they do is moan about how unfair pro rata is.

What about the phg/callers/coffee shop?
All day long breaks in there...and why do they get the D2D supplement?

DGP1 wrote:Seriously, you MC boys need to pull your fingers out and actually do to work you're paid to do.................for a start, try putting label on the boxes instead of sitting in the canteen all day.
"DGP1"agree with you on the labels, that's what the space is for on the tray
but as regards sending mail out to the DO's anyway they want as long as they (MC staff)
finnish on time then i'm sorry we'll have to disagree on that.RM changed the
network timings, mail was to arrive at our MC at least 30 mins earlier, but
guess what.......it does'nt. Compared to pre network changes our Mech runs
till 5.30-5.40 then there's tie-down time and despatch to the proper areas
of the factory,we're just managing to get mail out for 6.00 am.
Another poster says if MC staff spent less time sitting on their arses and more time
sorting mail then D/O staff job would be better. If only he/she knew the actual
number of staff who do sit down in the manual areas to sort then perhaps they
would'nt be so quick to accuse people. It's a fact in my MC the maual areas have been
decimated in recent times, and you can bet your(issued) boots RM are'nt finnished
with the manual sections yet either.Believe me it's not all our(MC staff) fault :no no :no no

Anyway, this being the mail centre forum, hopefully it won't get spotted and set 'em all off again.

So how exactly did you locate that picture?
Did you Google - man in cassock humping doll from behind or did the picture already exist in your library?

Should I tell the truth at this point? I mean how much more damage can be done to what little remains of my reputation?
