my first pouch was normally the heaviest... but never had many packets... plus i could split my first pouch and pick up the second half of it from the pouch box where i would normally collect my second pouch from...
but my last pouch was always the most awkward.. because there was loads of letters, D2D etc.. but also the larger ( but light) packets that were just too small for the van... so my pouch looked like a hikers ruck sack....unfortunitly it was never overweight on the scales... but was just a total b*tch to carry and work from... you had to physically stop and put the pouch on the ground , so you had to unpack all the packets so i could get my second/third/fourth bundle out and then had to repack everything back in and then repeat it all over again 15 or 20 minutes later...

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Re: LAST BAG THE HEAVIEST
My last bag may not be the heaviest (at 11kg its the same as the rest) but it's the most awkward as it's full of undelivered packets from the rest of the walk. Come to think of it, theres nothing to stop it being over 11kg when I take out the first bundle and stuff all the undelivered packets in.
