I do quite a bit of OT in our office and must admit im the first to be asked when any is going and thats because of one thing.... RELIABILITY!!
Last week in peticular our dom got several visits from members of staff complaining that OT is not shared out and that i get all the docket... blah blah seen it all before...

My 2 days off this week were wednesday and thursday and before i left on tuesday told the dom that the next 2 days were a perfect opportuntity for those who complain about lack of docket to fill there boots.... and guess what???

Got a phone call off dom at lunch to ask if i could possibly go in this aft as there was cut offs and packets to do... i told dom that i didnt want to step on anyones toes and that he should ask those mentioned above first before i commit and what a shock they were not interested..

It seems many royal mail staff who complain about others getting the overtime actually want the money but not the work...
