All things are not equal and there are many union mebers who are more then happy to work shorter hours for the same pay as other full time employee's .

I only know of people who openly discuss their union mebership,i've not had a conversation with everyone about if their in the union or not ....but there is workers that work from the office with different starting times that i don't even see.

With all the savings seemingly to be made in your office,it could be fantastic news for the old timers with over 20 years service,in the way of favourable vr terms! :nana It's great when these stalwarts of the company are rewarded for their years of hard endevour,i'm sure you agree? :Very Happy

I would say if you can take vr..then take it now befor privertisation...terms will be far more favourable with RM then a private concern...If you stay ,you'll work harder,be asked to reach standards and your sinority will be eroded .
