Not a bad film that, most of the CWU guys put a good point accross, but Peter England Dorset CWU sounded more like a RM PR officer than someone that shares my job

Looks like the CWU Rep is stood outside Blandford DO. One of the old DOs that still tacked onto the back of the Post Office, as is evident from the sign. Lots of BIG rural duties there so they won't be using that many HCT!
