The target CSS OEE figure for 2011 is 85%.In 2010 it was 67%.
Could someone who runs a sequencing machine in Southampton tell us how they are achieving this figure because we sure as hell can't ?

sounds like a silly game to me and will end in tears.
why dont you suggest the office takes up clashcityrockers mail cricket?
far safer than trying to run machinery at breakneck speeds.

We run the machines as they should be run and with 4 years experience maintain 68% - 72%.BT2010 wrote:24601 wrote:Because we're in te same region Southamptons results are paraded before us weekly as the office to beat.BettySwollocks wrote:85% is impossible to maintain on a regular basis,

Re: CSS OEE Targets 2011
I've been on the CSS machines for a while now. The first month I was interested in what our figures were, even though I didn't understand them. Sadly my enthusiasm has dwindled somewhat and now I couldn't care less what they are. I go in, do what needs doing and go home.

Re: CSS OEE Targets 2011
I trained on the CSS machines, and I covered for a night last week, I realised from the word get go that it wasn't for me. I believe that the machines are in charge and that performance is going to be a serious issue in the near future.
