RM are busting thier balls looking for ways to drive people out of the workforce right now and everybody needs to be squeaky clean when it comes to all thier rules, whether people like em or not. At least if they want to hang on to thier jobs?

Doing something like this is just plain stupid and he has noone else to blame but himself!

Cars continue at our office and both the rep and dom turn a blind eye

It just makes it really hard when your using a trolley and bike, getting bags dropped off and taking your break but look really slow compared with car users who are finishing over an hour before you.

We need an even playing field for our own good before its too late which means stop using cars and use the tools supplied for the job.

There were more private cars than RM vans in our yard the other week when i came in late.

Seems new starters are encouraged to use their cars now i regularly see them loading ALL their bags into cars.

Our union rep uses his car too (when he does his round) so can't see things changing.

if the duty delivery spans were right in the first place,staff would not use there own cars,who wants to work extra and finish late on a saturday,certainly not me and many others feel the same,simple WORK TILL YOUR TIME...

Do you realise how stupid that statement sounds? In order to finish on your time, the answer is NOT to use your own car but to cut off. The probable reason why the duties are wrong is because people were using their own cars and finishing early giving the impression that the duties were undersubscribed.

suppose your one of these who comes in early ,takes short cuts etc and asks the dom 1 lump or two

And if he wants chocolate digestives or just plain hobnobs..............it wouldn't do to look as though I'm not receptive to change after all....digestive/hobnob, digestive/hobnob.............there's only one way to find out

Its getting beyond a joke in our DO . Cant get our cars parked for the big red vans .

Cars wont be banned completely . Dont believe the hype . NEVER EVER EVER ! ! !

BUT if he was told NOT to use it then its his fault and no-one elses .

Ive not been told so im still using it ........... Not recently though ...... Im off for 3 weeks ........ Having to use up my holidays as ive toooooo much days accumulating .

I'm not having a spat tbt, I never have a spat and I have no idea who namley is, but whoever he is I'm not on his side.

they are looking for any excuse to get rid of staff,play it by the book,cut off work till your time and dont give them the ammo they need.........
