Theres only about 4 of us out of 240 guys who cut off ,so we look the bad guys . Btw if youre day off falls on mon holiday do you still get the choice of beeing paid for it instead of day in lieu?

Re: ROYAL MAIL SLAVERY
This bullying of people who work to their time seems very widespread. If you have only a few people taking their breaks then you are vulnerable.
It would be difficult of course if your office all did the job properly, but what are the Union doing to help where that is not the case?
This should be going to Dave Ward to get this stopped or don't the Union care any more?

Re: ROYAL MAIL SLAVERY
Problem is,you need the majority of your MC,or DO to work correctly(going when your shift is over, not starting early etc).At the MC where i am,most people will work hard UP TO THE LAST MINUTE,and then leave, regardless of wether the dispatch is out,or not. This makes the shift manager think,"ok, tomorrow i'd better get some more people in on overtime otherwise we're going to fail".If you work on past your time, your'e just shooting yourself, and all your fellow workers in the foot.....
same as it ever was...
