CASUALS!
So nearly 2 weeks has gone by since the last strike day but still we have Casuals in our office. Has any other office still got them? And why are they still being used? They have got to be costing the company a fortune especially has RM keep telling us this is our quiet period.

However despite this RM still insist on using them which in my opinion is just to say"we're not gonna pay you to cover absent duties so we'll pay an agency double the price and more to dump the mail on the street and when you go back on your duty you can answer to the customers".Because yep you guessed it they will think it was you who f****d up,I was even told once by a customer after a casual did my walk whilst I was on leave that I needed a new pair of glasses.
If anything it is dumb and dumber that need glasses so that they can read the p45 they hopefully soon will be getting.

I wonder though if the agency that RM uses is partly owned by RM and this is their way of getting cheap labour in.RM pays the agency it owns £20 a hour for a worker pockets £15 ( a way of cooking the books) and pays the worker £5 a hour!! No contract of employment and no conditions( no holidays or sickness payments) at the end of the day this is just what RM wants.
