heres my take on this ! yes to a point there is some points here but all i suggest is work to rule, have proper meal break and dont run / rush - we are paid to walk so walk , what dont get done in time bring back - i know we are all worried about cutting off and most of us think of the customers and are proud of our jobs but this is all we can do ! if you are at a middle age like me KEEP looking for another job !! something better will crop up hopefully , use this job as a income for now with the vision to leave when your ready , the job will never be the same now and it is too much work and stress these days - HEALTH FIRST ! - whatever happened to the post DR ??? i saw her once when i joined 12 yrs ago and never since did she come and see how i am again ? thought we would have medical check ups at least every few years to see how the job is affecting us ! no - they dont care do they !!

If the guy has left to deal drugs, then good riddance.
He sounds like a really responsible family guy, not all of us give up and turn to a life of crime.
You reported him to the police? It is one thing to go on about uneven workloads, another to ignore death being dealt on the streets
Jhonson;Pfizer ;Astra zeneca;glaxo,Etc.etc You don't really think they want to make you better and destroy their market and profits ,do you ? :hmmmm

Deaths caused by illicit drugs are very rare, and are usually amongst a hardcore of users.

The real deaths on the street are being dealt by {Phillip Morris, Interbrew, all the big alcohol and tobacco dealers who the govt not only turn a blind eye to, but give them a nice big helping hand too.

Do you know what drugs this guy is selling?

If you really want to tackle deaths from drugs misuse, start lobbying the alcohol and tobacco industry, not criticising some guy who might be selling a bit of weed (which has NEVER killed anyone) in order to keep his family fed and clothed.

yip, i get your point, drug dealing is disgusting, and its no answer to heavy workloads, but the point i am making is that if blue coller workers are just going to be treated like the people that built the pyramids. eventually there has to be a back lash to the right wing driven agenda of the fatcats. or there will be more,a lot more than my illdriven drug dealing friend. and we the working class willsuffer more than the selfish conservatives who run this country,to suit there ruthless greedy, selfish needs.

Well I suppose he could be thinking long term, you know a short working life, no pension of course, your very own room, 3 square meals a day, sky TV, a snooker table and a new boyfriend every night........................perhaps conjugal visits once a month............. :hmmmm something familiar there. :left:
