Although i believe a proper break is essential it has been nice that in this job you always had the choice of skipping your break so you can finish early..

Our boss has now said EVERYONE MUST take at least half there meal relief before they go out and if anyone comes back at the old finishing time then he will presume you have had your break and will send you out with more work...

Im on a rural 10 hour day and my hours are 5-3 ( 2pm without a break) so i pick up my little one at 2ish from child care... child care are quite flexible and know i sometimes finish 30 mins - 1hour late as i have never been a cut off person and feel a certain pride for a full completion..

But now we have been told a meal relief MUST be taken, now means that i have to work only to my time and not book any extended as i cant work over.. My boss just doesnt seem bothered as he loves the confrontation with everyone and would much prefer the fighting than the common sense of having deliveries completed.. where are these idiots found and brainwashed...

Sense of humour failure calpsy - or a clear sign of can give it but cant take it. For example you start threads clearly designed to wind people up over late starts and now someone has a little laugh with you, you kick off.

- and please stop the low level abuse when no one has given you any.

One person having a laugh , one person throwing abuse , one person being a wind up merchant .

You lot make up the rules as you see fit .

Correct what is LOL - Laughing unless you two know each better than I think you do - (lots of love or Laugh out Loud :hmmmm )

Ummm - isn't that in the job description. :left: :left: :left: :left: :left:

Still if you cant take it without being abusive when the one your replied to wasn't (highlighted btw) then don't post obvious wind ups. Fact of life if you can't take it then In my opinion you should not dish it out.

If you can't take a little joke, but you dont get abusive, then post away. Can't put it any simpler than that. Now let me enjoy wasting my £5 on the national - Well ok £12.

well i have read your comment and the problem with coming in early is that you are not doing the job properly and gives the impression that the duty is easier than it actually is when you are finishing earlier than everyone else that is coming in on time,as for me being an internet hardman i dont get what i said to get that accolade ,TBT is right though you can give it out alright ,Its staff coming in early that has in part made this job as bad as it is ,the managers keep an eye on who gets done early and put more on them in my office so good luck to you if you are getting away with it for now but it aint gonna last mush lol :left:
when i am king you will be first against the wall

Mine begged me to do a full round as overtime, i told him i could only do half to help him out and i couldn't do anymore than that, we laughingly argued over what would be done, but it was left that i would just do the half, anyway the following week i don't get paid the overtime, i ask why and i'm told he crossed it off.. FFS

Obviously because i didn't do the full round.. No more overtime from me..!

We have a fairly new dom who arrived at our office with a horrific reputation.. common practice in our office was for all schools on half term to have there mail held and re delivered when school re opens... Most gates at the schools are locked anyway so access is impossible unless you fancy climbing over..

Our dom informed one postie that unless they have an official keep safe then to kill all the mail off... unbelievable

Looks at you like a piece of s**t,
Dosen't speak if she can get away with it,
Walk's right past people as if they are not there,
Comes in when she feels like it,
Must be on her 100th stage three, her sick is that bad,
Always late,
Holds the huddle every day-always after the time we should be on the road-of which I keep telling her,
Has no personatility to carry off her position,
Can't hold members concentration for any length of time because she is so boring and monotone,
Looks like she has been dragged through a hedge backwards,
Hides in her little den on her lap-top when we are late out and struggling,
Has no humour,
Goes completely over the top at the simplest things and looks a complete idiot,
Has no real management skills,

Well thats the good points out of the way.
Always be one step ahead, play their game but be wiser. Revenge is sweet.
