The other point I was going to say,
as management have created this situation where private vehicles are now illegal to use.
Did the manager expect you to walk back to the office??
If he assumed you were catching the bus, there's no way I would fork out my own money!!
I'd walk then claim docket!!

Same at our do.... arguments and riled employees all over the shop. Me and my p&l colleague have been over our time by anywhere between 45 mins and 2 hours since it started. From this week we're both cutting off at our time and see how they work it. It's not a digging-heels-in scenario, rather we both have other things to do that used to fit in perfectly with our delivery contracts and that are now f****d up because of this RM b/s.

P&L started in our office today. Didn't go well at all. New walks planned by Stevie Wonder and overseen by Coco the clown didn't help!
Most of the office cut off with only a few people on walks [made even easier than they were before], completing on time. That's what frustrates me the most, I was led to believe with every carve up the walks were supposed to get more balanced and yet every time it happens it has the opposite effect. So now 50% of the office are expected to do 75% of the workload!

Wait till you say your cutting off as the walk is too long ,they will make sure your walk is ready and get you out earlier so you can complete ,we are a group of 3 walks trialling ,one pair runs round (yes i know) get done early everyday (yes cant tell them),one pair does it right gets done in 3 40 ish 3rd pairing ours takes min 4 hrs cause walks to big doing it properly ,will they change it ,who knows but if we wanna cut off we all of a sudden get out early so we cant and have time to complete the way too long delivery ,this job sucks and im starting to think f**k the lot of them theres more to life than working a shitty job like this .

Our office is doing pretty well, as in we're mostly doing the job properly
A couple of pairs charging round, rumours of a private car being used etc, but mostly we're taking our breaks, using the trolleys, and bringing backbetween 40-60% of mail most days
Also, taking the breaks is proving fantastic for solidarity, we're enjoying it.
