No surprises then that Moya Greene equates to EAGER MONEY

As much as I hate this company and it's constant lies I will not be going on strike (unless it's something really major) as I almost hate and don't trust the union as much - they threw away our superb efforts for the most shabby deal ever.

I'm still waiting a shorter week, more Saturdays off, weight off my shoulder, bonuses, the list goes on..

The CWU won't even stand in their way.

Hot air and hollow threats.

The CWU members will be the ones who will decide if they stand in the way of RM carrying out anything they please . A union is only as strong as it's members .
Nobody doubts for one second the resolve of grassroots membership, it has stood the test of time.
Doesn't alter the fact that we are betrayed every time.
We even had one of the CWU's agents on here sounding us out on the less palatable aspects of the latest disaster of an agreement, and when this resulted in a crescendo of disapproval, we were ignored.
SDD, Pay & Modernisation, 2010 & Beyond.........Not a single one worth even an hour of anyone's time on the picket line.....Not a single agreement that improved conditions for postal workers, but hey, at least it keeps layabouts on executive salaries like Hayes & Ward at the RM table, so everything is hunky-dory. :evil/mad
Well, not nearly enough for me, not anymore. :cuppa

People shouldn't be confused in thinking this letter was drafted and authorised by the CWU, it's just a branch and means nothing.

The old "a union is only as strong as it's members" always gets wheeled out after failure.
After any success it's "look at how good we are".....i think....it's been a while. :cuppa

Yes! When an agreement goes tits up they trot out "well the members voted it in" and when there IS something that does work there is a round of back slapping by the glitterati............not that there's been much of that in recent years. What is really needed by the membership is a bit of arse kicking.
