The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

If the following is to be taken as true,
We are one year into the agreement, and while there is much more to be done, it is delivering results for both the company and individuals.
and
only by reaching this agreement and working together to deliver transformation will the value of ColleagueShares be higher.
why has the value dropped so dramatically?

How about this for a reason:
Royal Mail Management have failed to reach the required performance level expected with regards the implementation of the transformation process.
