1st off, may i ask if you pulled seniority to get back to f/t over a p/t? which stinks to me if a p/t posty was there when you bought down.
sick of this seniority bollox, people with less than me been given duties not even advertised, no chance of 1/6 saturdays, i argue toss and nothing, union man not dealing with it either,
spare duties kicking about, one 5 mins from nips school and one even in the village i live, not a prayer,
this week i was given just sunday off to start with, manager looked bemused at this when i asked him, union rep still no where to be seen,
they had to alter their "lets feck korky about" week when my car was staying put and having a day off!

When i bought down i agreed to the 2 year penalty that if i should be offered full time hours within 2 years i pay back a percentage of what i recieved.

Seniority applies and as far as me "Pulling it" No need,2 permanent contracts given,Yes i was 1st in line,6 temporary offered and only 4 others took them up.

When you say ur car was having a day off,Can i ask why the hell are you using it?

As for them messing you about,Go higher than ur union rep and speak to the divisional if he wont help,Duties not being advertised is a joke.

i know about the car,i shouldn't, but it does save me nearly 2 hours per shift and i do the available use bag drops too, told duties were temp, but even a years temp duty would do me, at least it'd be quite a few long weekends
