It isn't right that when there is money involved all the work belongs to the walk holder and when there isn't it's "We're all paid the same. We should all do the same job".
Being a walkholder shouldn't give you the authority to s**t on your floater.
If the spec is 3 days then 1/3 each day and money for the floater as well.
Why do we have to work with so many knobends?

It appears to be a local agreement. We have been paid 3.5p in the past then NOTHING and this time ive pushed for 6p which has only been verbal agreed.
It seems RM pay as little as they can get away with. Do managers get a bonus for election savings

agree with you c.c.r,but thats what the dom said (doesnt concern me as allready had day off this week) but most off the floaters seemed glad not to deliver them.
