not me 12 years that was disheartened, I am on me way out way past it perhaps I should apply for those panniers now or maybe a seat on the HCT so that I canhave a rest when needed!

They try something new every day,they know they can't get away with it so i think it's more of a wind up than anything else.Todays the first day since IA started that they've offered OT to complete and for previous cutoffs.Some took it and some told them to poke it.So many laughable rules attempting to be imposed but getting nowhere,it's about time they understood that we run the show not them.

i think you should seek legal advice from an employment lawyer as this seems highly illegal.stopping money you have legally earned?? How would/could they justify it in a court of law? they couldn't..simple as that.sorry if i'm stating the obvious here but i'm astounded frankly that they have done this,if it were me..i'd take them to the cleaners....good luck bruv..hope all is as it should be soon.

update,threats of pay stopped . pay has been payed back but not by royal mail but by the c.w.u. i think theres talk of going to court ; what a way too run a business, management stinks :cfo :

GO TO THE AREA BRANCH. MAYBE AN EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL CAN SORT IT OUT. OR GO TO THE LOCAL PRESS. SHOW EM WHAT A BUNCH OF BULLIES RM ARE.

i cant believe this firm sometimes i had to read all the posts twice

hope the numpty who made this illegal decision has his arse kicked well and truly

take the feckin edjit to the highest court in the land

i bet theres a great atmosphere working in that office
