Re: 100 or so for the chop(midlands)
Hopefully one or two of mine are in that list....
Waste of time the pair of them!!!
Waste of time the pair of them!!!
And after a while, you can work on points for style,
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

Re: 100 or so for the chop(midlands)
While I do not like to celebrate job losses every single manager in our DO walked past our picket.wearewolves wrote:100 or so managers in the midlands region up for the chop.
So.....
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Same at our place, managers driving straight through our picket line and 1 even had the cheek to wave. I got no sympathy for them it was only a matter of time before RM started to attack them. They made there bed let the f***ers lay in it.

Re: 100 or so for the chop(midlands)
Where are they going to find these managers to get rid of? I dont know about other DOs but in ours we mainly have 'assistant managers' doing managers jobs to save money. we also have postman supervising small divisions before taking out their own walks! The management teams we have at the moment are useless and seem to barely cope with the amount of walks they are supervising how are they supposed to cover more?

104 weeks(two years) is the agreement...your dim is pulling your leg.minimumstandard wrote:yeh i cant believe its true, but that;s what dim is saying three years wages yet were skint
Support managers were offered a reduced package of 76 weeks...i would expect Ops to get the same treatment.

Re: 100 or so for the chop(midlands)
Could probably get rid of that many on the late shift at wolves alone and still have plenty to spare
