Realistically dont bother with RM at the moment. I would go for McDonalds. They have a very good training scheme and the financial package can be very attractive. Failing that try the major supermarkets for graduate schemes. Hope this helps.

On average we get 2 DMs a year,currentley very high turnover of Doms .
it would be hard for a lino to survive as a DOM but a outsider very difficult.They will not put you in charge of any office till you have proved yourself first.

Theres room in RM for managers who don't question policy.
Theres room in RM for managers who don't want to think for themselves.
You must lack empathy with staff .
This will help you in implementing policy, you don't necessarily agree with.
Also the the ability to withstand the derision of your workers who know you are just Moya's puppet.
