There really does not seem to be a corporate plan at all - managers being culled according to some and yet our office has had a list up for acting managers for the last 10 days................

Unless you have had issues with your managers (which i can well understand) i really dont like to hear about anyone being put out of a job. As Fish said the longer serving managers will cash in thier chips and go, and who can blame them.
I think for the ones who are left there will be more of a delivery aspect to the job towrds the end of the shift to cover sickness etc, so perhaps no going home at 9am on a sat
