It is unusual for the Royal Mail to halt deliveries and any decision to do so is taken after much consideration. It has only happened before a few times in previous years.

Re: Leeds mail ban over yobs
I've had similar stuff here, but from College teenagers against my home.
It;s a long story, but I complained about their Anti Social Behaviour 19 months ago, and have been a "target" ever since.
Drinks cans and bottles thrown at my windows, eggs and blasting horns even at 3-5am.
50 incidents since their return to College on 7th Jan.
However, the local Bobbies have caught 4 recently and given them a Section 59 Notice, which refers to their driving/use of a vehicle.
One was a Magistrates son, the other was using his Mam's car...
Any more from these pratts and their vehicle could be impounded.
So, the next step is the loan of a CCTV hidden camera, but failing that get my own.
Once visual/audio evidence is available it's easier to get a prosecution.
I feel for the law abiding locals...

Leeds is getting a tag by the looks of it.
Six of Nine loves Seven of Nine, together in Electric Dreams.
