My partner just been offered a casual contract with RM as a Speciailist delivery driver for £5.95 ph , hours as and when needed, what are the chances of being took on permanent after 12 weeks?

£5.95 per hour! 2 pence over minimum wage, a contract will definitely be forthcoming for that rate of pay!
