It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Just wait until we are on the verge of being privatised, there will be a new valuation with the company being worth hundreds of millions. The value is,and always will be WHAT they want it to be,and WHEN they want it to be.
If this rumour is true then you can blame it on Crozier and DSA which takes £500 million out of Royal Mail every year for little effort on the part of the leech mail parasites.£500 mill divided by 165 000 = £3,030 per person approx.
