Problem is there IS no info yet, repeating that over and over again does not seem to stop the same questions.

We are supposed to hear something Tuesday regarding colleague shares being worthless.

If RM stopped wasting money on paying posties bonuses then the company might be in a better financial situation.

Agreed - stop the bonus culture for management and posties and put it into basic pay - better all round and it means no one is chasing their arses for a few pieces of silver. You would also get less management B&H, it wont go completely but at least one reason for it would be removed.

However, RM would have to keep to their word and honour any agreements entered into in good faith by the workforce.

Maybe you do and maybe you don't.
Your experiences of union reps might not be the same as everyone else's.

Why exactly have you joined this site?
Is it to learn? Is it to share information? Or is it just to slag people off?

I have been in 27 years and i'm a rep.
Where the hell do you get this idea we all just look after our own interests?
We spend our own time and resources looking after other peoples problems for no thanks at all, who actually are all trying to look after their own interests by coming in early, etc etc!!!
Then we go and battle with a management who treat us with contempt and get the flack from members who take great pleasure in having a go at the local Reps!!
I do this job for nothing and get no privelages for it!!
