If they have been valued at £536 and we are due £536 that what we should get. Probably less after tax. Personally these shares a just a big con anyway, next year we could only get £200.

Not at least until the membership are so pissed off with the behaviour of Royal Mail that they would forgive past mistakes so...it will either be a long time or a brutal short time...that depends on RM.

That particular rumour was from late last year when Central Function CMA grades were being lined up for compulsory redundancies. The CMA led them in a glorious militant action of writing LTBs, followed by a staunch defence of their members rights by doing nothing.
